Delheim has always had a very strong commitment to the conservation and preservation of the environment they grow their wine in.
In this film, General Manager and Viticulturist Victor Sperling explains their latest project - an organic waste-water recycling system. Through a series of bio-reactors and an indigenous wetland, Delheim are able to re-introduce the waste-water from their cellar and restaurant, back into the environment from which they took it.
